Celebi

Celebi is the only remaining Perish Passer at the moment for the post-Home Suicide Cup meta. This strategy allows Celebi to pass Perish Song to teammates that can abuse the effect like Oblivious Roar Swinub or Trick Gothatitelle. Celebi can deter away opposing Taunt and Encore attempts thanks to Magic Coat, and can have more protection or stalling with either Substitute and Protect. Other partners include the Magic Bounce Pokemon of the tier, as they can block incoming Taunt attempts as well while having a Baton Pass link to send to teammates. This strategy is often situational and somewhat slow, and can be taken advantage of by faster strategies like Belly Drum Charizard and Steel Beam Silvally. Other phazers like Noivern and Sigilyph may also Whirlwind Celebi out when it attempts to sing, which can also be an issue.
