Priority Phasing. Using prankster boosted copycat after a roar meant that Riolu gained the ability to use a phasing move at +1 priority, giving all but a very specific handful of pokemon zero chance to move, and each of the answers could be dealt with easily by riolu's teammates. If a toxic was not successfully landed on riolu the turn he pressed roar, and you did not have Natu to magic bounce it or a priority attacker at enough health to take on the entry hazards onslaught, you lost the game. Even if you were to land toxic on riolu, the amount of incredible chip damage that entry hazards could do with this strategy was enough to make a single scarfer click buttons until the remainers of your team died. For these reasons, Riolu is now BANNED from BW NFE. ===================================================
