This is an adaptation of JoltinJoe's Choice Scarf Blissey team, substituting Gliscor for Choice Scarf Glimmora to set hazards, spin and revenge kill, Garganacl for Gholdengo for utility and spinblocking, and Iron Valiant for Exeggutor, because Exeggutor is the team's late-game wincon. Exeggutor is pretty much fodder unless Knock Off, Dark types, U-turn and poison is taken care of, hence the need for dark-type checks in Blissey and Slither Wing, the team's respective special and physical tanks. As in JoltinJoe's team, Darkrai has a strong synergy with the team's defensive core, handling Fairy types alongside Gholdengo, and acting as a strong offensive core/speed control alongside Glimmora and Slither Wing's First Impression. This team has very little in the way of physical breakers, however much of the tier’s special tanks struggle to take repeated hits from this offensive core, alongside being worn down by Toxic Spikes and Choice Scarf Blissey threatening to shut down dedicated walls. Once Dark types/Knock Off are taken care of, Tera Poison Exeggutor can quickly boost its stats with Harvest and Starf Berry, though it is quite luck-reliant. Exeggutor is unique in being the only line that has access to Harvest + Stored Power, which quickly hits 500+ BP with a few boosts (up to 4 in 2 turns below 25%HP), meaning that it can one-shot anything non-immune with enough boosts acquired, even 4x resists. This is typically the Tera user of choice, though defensive Gholdengo and Darkrai are also strong candidates. This set is very cheesy, with lots of ways to prevent it, but very fun to play around and can become difficult to handle without the right preventative measures in place.
