NagDug + SG Genesect

This is a team that innovates on the Naganadel+Dugtrio core by adding a Shift Gear Genesect. Genesect struggles with Pokemon such as Heatran, Toxapex, and physically defensive Magearna, which Dugtrio can trap and eliminate decently reliably. Genesect is also well supported by Naganadel, as it is able to sweep when the opponent has a Pokemon that is able to avoid dugtrio’s trapping and wall Genesect, such as Skarmory and Buzzwole. As for the defensive core, it’s nothing special. It can set rocks, remove boots, and stay healthy throughout a game to give the offensive core time to get set up for a sweep, and thanks to incredible sweeping potential of Genesect and Naganadel they are often able to hold out for a long time.
