Gyarados is an Intimidate user that can also act as a check against non Thunder Kyogre and threaten it out with Aeroblast, a strong physical move that's almost unresisted in the entire meta. Moreover, it has a low chance to deny Slaking, though its main purpose against this mon is to Intimidate it once it has boosted with Belly Drum to then die to Extreme Speed. This way the ammount of Pokémon that can survive Extreme Speed and revenge kill it becomes much larger.
