Hawlucha

With Mold Breaker and its high speed, Hawlucha can Taunt through Magic Bounce and support the team with Defog. Hawlucha's Taunt will affect and debilitate everything slower than it besides Oblivious users, but even Salazzle and Piloswine have losing match ups towards it. Encore allows it to switch in and punish slower users that went for Substitute or Imprison, given that the Imprison user does not have Encore itself. Defog allows it to remove SR and Sticky Webs, but has competition with Noivern as Hawlucha is vulnerable to Cinderace's Taunt. Baton Pass can be used if the team already has Defog support and wants another option for passing fast Subs. Min attack is for doing minimum damage from Struggle, as Hawlucha often enjoys the extra recoil when low and Taunted.
