Max Speed and Max attack with a jolly nature + band for obvious reasons. Scarf is possible to outspeed faster mons and slower scarfers. You can also be a pseudo Jirachi and (tail) slap Kings Rock on it but thats not reliable enough.
Slap for Stab, Seed for Rock types. Rock blast for flying mons or U-Turn for pivoting while dealing a lot of damage. Knock off OHKOS Marowak Alola.
