This hyper offense team features numerous powerful wallbreakers and cleaners that directly benefit from Magnezone’s ability to trap and instantly eliminate Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and Corviknight. Magnezone's potent trapping abilities open the door for Garchomp and Dragapult to command powerful endgames with added Aurora Veil support alongside their natural bulk, great defensive typings, and Substitute. Magnezone utilizes its more offensively-oriented Body Press + Steel Beam set, allowing it to quickly and effectively trap Ferrothorn and Corviknight; once it has trapped its necessary targets, it is no longer needed. However, with the added support of Aurora Veil, it is not entirely dead weight, as it has the ability to take one or two picks with a nuclear Steel Beam, which can also provide suicidal momentum to position another key wallbreaker, and its boosted Body Press. While Scizor provides a much needed Choice Scarf Tapu Lele check, its key role is to provide Magnezone with slow pivoting support into its trapping targets, taking advantage of its allies’ threat factor to more readily disarm and compromise these Steel-types that attempt to help position necessary checks and make safe progress against offense. It can also get Dragapult, Galarian Moltres, and Garchomp in against Heatran and Toxapex and sweep against weakened teams with Bullet Punch and Swords Dance. Alolan Ninetales provides support in Aurora Veil, Hail chip, and Encore, which helps to pivot in breakers safely against checks like Heatran and Scizor. Since this team makes use of Scizor to check Weavile, Moonblast is less necessary as its damage-dealing move and opens up Freeze-Dry to force chip damage against Tapu Fini while still hitting Urshifu-R.
