Banded Yveltal is super strong in the tier, 2HKOing most physical attackers and keeping up momentum. Groudon is a fairly standard, rock tomb doesn't let Mega Rayquaza set up for free on it. EVs are to try to out speed creep opposing bulky base 90's, but still leave some bulk to take minimal damage from Zacian. Arceus-Fairy is mostly meant to be a Rayquaza counter, but it also hits a lot of the tier fairly hard. Arceus-Steel is EV'd to never get 2HKOd by Geomancy Xerneas after rocks (unless it's running focus blast) as well as OHKO (unboosted) after rocks or phase it. Also beats most Arceus-Fairy variants and phases baton passers. Cloyster is anti suicide lead. Everyone expects sash, nobody expects lum berry. This lets it eat a spore/nuzzle from Smeargle and set up in its face. Other things this beats are non-superpower Deoxys-Speed and glare Zygarde. Lastly, the star of the show, the overpowered Mega-Rayquaza. Standard life orb DD set, I opted for earthquake to let it hit PDon hard.
