Totem Wishiwashi

I don't understand the original Totem Wishiwashi. Why does it have Rain Dance when it's already raining? Why does it have Soak when Water resists itself? All it needs to do is set up an Aqua Ring turn one, then spam its Water attack. I went with Water Pulse, but Water Gun and Brine also work if you want to lower or raise the difficulty. The ally Wishiwashi doesn't need Aqua Ring or Feint Attack, so they were removed. In their place, Tearful Look weakens the player's Pokemon, making the totem harder to take down. Likewise, Alomomola didn't need Double Slap, and Water Gun was replaced with Aqua Jet for a few reasons. It has priority, it's stronger due to Alo's higher base Attack, and it's a move Alo can actually learn.
