Kang is max speed, cause it needs to go first with Fake Out. Misdreavus is budget Latias and has many matchups where the opponent can't hit them. It can power up Kang and Steelix with Swagger. Twave is important for not losing to Rain(/Sun) and lets Steelix outrun pretty much everything (importantly Lanturn) and Lapras outrun Crobat. Is Iron Tail optimal on Steelix? Well I sure as shit am not getting walled by Misdreavus (/Haunter). The speed lets it outspeed Wobbuffet which I figured was really important, also makes it faster than Slowbro & Quagsire. Crobat could honestly just run HP Flying and then Sleep Talk last just in case. I've never locked myself into HP Ground once. The speed on Lapras was very nice, but you don't need to go that fast. Still, I felt it was bulky enough. Icy Wind isn't super important, tho it lets it outrun any Claydol, so you could run Tbolt. I just didn't see a reason to do so. Water Absorb was also nice for the immunity, cause Shell Armor might just not come up. Espeon runs HP Ice to hit Shiftry, Claydol and to OHKO Flygon and Jumpluff. Fake Out + Calm Mind is really good in the right matchup, which is why I had Espeon on the team. My team also has 3 Fighting weaknesses, so it helps with that too. All in all, this team is probably about as Goodstuffs as it gets in Under and Kang should probably be banned. It's just too good at enabling all kinds of teams and doesn't have any notable weaknesses. It also overshadows all the other Normal types.
