As one of the tier's most dynamic presences, Melmetal bashes through many cores, especially with helpful coverage like Superpower and Thunder Punch. With the support of Wish and Thunder Wave from utility Clefable and openings from utility Tornadus-T and pivot Rotom-Wash, Melmetal finds ample opportunities to make an impact. Tornadus-T cripples foes while also removing entry hazards, while Rotom-Wash is great at generating tempo and burning physical attackers.
