Life Orb can be used on the Dynamax set, but the recoil makes it easier to revenge kill. 
Choice Scarf may seem tempting, but Togekiss is still slower than Gyarados and Kommo-o, meaning it can't revenge kill them.

Togekiss Sample Sets (SSOU)

Support: Defog is Togekiss's main niche over Clefable. Roost keeps Togekiss alive longer. Heal Bell provides cleric support, while Thunder Wave lets Togekiss cripple fast frail Pokemon. The EVs let it outrun Scizor with max HP and the rest in Defence. Dynamax Sweeper: Nasty Plot boosts Togekiss's power. Air Slash turns into Max Airstream, which boosts Togekiss's Speed by one stage. Fire Blast scorches the Steel types that resist Air Slash, getting big hits on Ferrothorn and Scizor. Aura Sphere can be used instead if you want to hit Rock types as well, but it is weaker. Dazzling Gleam turns into Max Starfall when Dynamaxed, which summons Misty Terrain. Psychic can be used instead to hit Poison types harder - the Max version also summons Psychic Terrain that keeps Togekiss free from priority. A Wiki Berry lets it heal itself when its HP falls too low, as this set doesn't have room for Roost.
