This team is built around Geomancy Xerneas and Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan's ability to sweep after the removal of their shared check in Necrozma-DM, which Magnezone can effectively trap. Air Balloon and Magnet Rise help Magnezone deal with Earthquake variants. Rock Slide on Galarian Darmanitan OHKOes Ho-Oh, which often switches in to scout what move Galarian Darmanitan opts for. Close Combat allows Xerneas to 2HKO Blissey, and 88 Speed EVs allow it to always outspeed Adamant Necrozma-DM. This team has the classic SS Ubers defensive backbone of Eternatus, Necrozma-DM, and Yveltal. Eternatus is a great answer to Kyogre; Draco Meteor also pressures its offensive answers like Marshadow and Calyrex-S more effectively while providing a free switch in tandem with Eject Pack, while Sludge Bomb helps pressure Taunt Yveltal. Necrozma-DM opts to run Knock Off to remove Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from foes such as opposing Necrozma-DM and Yveltal. Yveltal acts as a solid Calyrex-S check and can revenge kill foes such as Swords Dance Groudon with Foul Play, which it always outspeeds with this set.
