Dragapult

Dragapult is the 2nd fastest user of Ghost Curse that is natively a Ghost-type. Sadly, it has trouble securing the self-2HKO, since it lacks disruptive moves like Taunt or Encore. Dragapult is also a fast Baton Passer who can pass Substitutes quickly. Note that Baton Pass lets Dragapult pivot away from the Ghost Curse-blocking Gholdengo. Thunder Wave and Disable are disruptive options for the 4th moveslot, and Dragapult can try to pass speed boosts with Agility. Clear Body notably makes Dragapult immune to Sticky Web. Dragapult needs Black Sludge and 2 HP IVs in order to self-2HKO with Substitute into Ghost Curse - note that those 2 HP IVs make Dragapult's max. HP divisible by 8. A Naive nature along with Black Sludge lets Dragapult be OHKOed by Gholdengo Steel Beam. Terastallizing Dragapult is not recommended because it loses access to Ghost Curse when it is not a Ghost-type. Tera Dark still lets Dragapult dodge Pranksters, though, while Tera Ice makes it weak to Steel Beam and Stealth Rock, and Tera Rock makes it weak to Steel Beam and Chloroblast.
