Overview:
Rotom-Wash carves itself a small niche as a decent pivot to threats such as Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Mega-Salamence, Ho-oh and Necrozma-Dusk-Mane thanks to its unique typing, access to recovery and Levitate. Its utility moves such as Defog, Leech Seed and most importantly, Volt Switch lets it support its teammates by removing hazards, annoy switch-ins or pivot out. While it has solid defense stat, its low HP stat significantly hampers its ability as a pivot as even strong resisted hit from pokemon it checks like Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, boosted Mega Salamence and offensive Ho-oh are capable of dealing huge damage to the point it is forced to recover most of the time, and this can be worse if its tasked to handle multiple pokemon. Moreover, it often gets overwhelmed and forced out by any powerful attackers that it can't resist and is quite passive.
