Chansey's entire niche is Transform + Lucky Punch, which allows it to transform into any of the offensive threats in the metagame and have a 25% to get a critical hit, which doubles the damage and is usually enough to KO anything. Chansey might seem like a special wall but it struggles to deal with boosted Latios and Kyogre, outside of punishing their boosts via Transform. Sleep Talk can be used to Transform even while asleep and in rare cases take advantage of opposing Sleep Talk.
