Overview:
Primal Groudon's great attributes lets it fit easily on most teams. Its high offensive stats and access to boosting move such as Swords Dance and Rock Polish lets it able to wallbreak or sweep teams. It also offers strong defensive utility in Desolate Land and access to Stealth Rock, Spikes and a recovery move in Shore Up. However, its average Speed tier makes it almost always take a hit first before it can act. An average special bulk makes it prone to strong special attackers such as Giratina-Origin, mixed Rayquaza and Yveltal if not heavily invested.
