Agility Thundurus-T threatens to end games against Water and Flying teams due to its sheer strength and coverage! After an Agility, Thundurus-T outspeeds fast threats like Mega Aerodactyl and Choice Scarf Greninja. Thunderbolt and Hidden Power Ice threatens all Flying-types, while Grass Knot lets it deal with Swift Swim Mega Swampert. Electrium Z lets it OHKO defensive walls such as Slowking and Celesteela which can hamper its sweep and lets it bluff a Choiced set. Landorus-T shares Thundurus-T's role of being an Electric-type immunity for Flying teams, sets Stealth Rock to wear down the opposing team, and deals with special walls such as Galarian Slowking. In return, Thundurus-T deals with Flying- and Water-types such as Corviknight and Slowbro which wall Landorus-T. Alternatively, Gliscor may be used as the Electric immune partner, as it can wear down the opposing team with Knock Off, Toxic, and Stealth Rock, while also being able to deal with threats such as Victini and Bisharp. Dragon Dance Dragonite deals with Steel- and Electric-types such as Heatran and Zeraora, and appreciates Thundurus-T dealing with physical walls such as Celesteela and Toxapex. Physical wallbreakers such as Galarian Zapdos and Mega Aerodatcyl deal with special walls such as Chansey that it struggles with. Celesteela and Corviknight deals with faster threats such as Choice Scarf Terrakion and Weavile that threaten it out.
