Serperior's new Grass/Dragon-typing, access to Draco Meteor, and the Agony Boots item giving Serperior a Speed stat of 474 while allowing it (read: forcing it) to switch moves makes Serperior a dangerous cleaner. Netting Special Attack boosts from both Leaf Storm and Draco Meteor makes Serperior tough to switch into, especially when the majority of unboosted Pokemon won't be able to outspeed it.
