With the rise of Hyper Offensive Flying in the meta, this team was created with the idea of being more balance oriented. Gliscor, Zapdos, and Celesteela form the defensive core of the team being able to handle Electric-, Rock-, and Ice-type moves, as well as Defog away the hazards that would deter their teammates. Charizard and Dragonite are the team's main offensive presence able to break through many defensive cores in the meta and also act as psuedo-checks to Fire-type attacks with the former also weakening Water-type attacks once mega evolved. Landorus-T is the speed control and hazard setter of the team and can also check some physical attackers with Intimidate. Generally most games will be played without hazards up as this team wants them off the field more often than the opposing team usually will and matches will come down to weakening the opposing team with your defensive core until Dragonite or Landorus-T can sweep.
