here's another offensive rain team where im frustrated with the inherent flaws of steel choice and try to branch out for a solution. I landed on custap emp bc he gives a decent 1 time answer to latis, palkia, and most dialga who also sets SR. pretty good utility there if i do say so myself. plus knock is just so sweet at getting chip against fat teams and opposing dialga. custap bc thunder alone or draco -> thunder will knock u into custap range after sr on all these mons (rend+tuhunder for palkia ofc, u still eat).
i really like rain latios, maybe even more than palkia on something like this. very good enabler for mewtwo when it chips steels and ttar. fast spike and antilead in deoa. dont like froslass bc tht bitch ass shit mon loses to darkrai leads. experimental icy wind set for maximal ~utility even lead mu spread. superpower is accetable tho.
