Supercell Slam is nice for Blastoise, Stone Edge helps pressure Galarian Weezing, and Stealth Rocks lets you mix hazards onto your team. Banded Rhyperiors main appeal is Pursuit trapping Regieleki, however you may also drop Pursuit in exchange for Superpower which matches up better into Lickilicky, Bewear, and is a solid click in between a Goodra-Hisui & low Flygon. Stone Edge does good damage into Galarian Weezing and threatens a two shot against Special Defense. Earthquake is your strongest click by far and matches up well into Entei, Heliolisl, Regielki, Iron Thorns, and most neutral Pokemon. Ice Punch is mandatory to hit Flygon, Hydrapple, Articuno-Galar, and Meganium. Rhyperior also threatens a 2 hit ko against Calm Mind Spiritomb and eats a +1 Dark Pulse back. Weezing-Galar is there to not immediately die into offensive Flygon, and to set T Spikes. The speed investment is to just be able to taunt other Galarian Weezings from using Pain Split. You may also go Special Defense for Hydrapple. Haban Berry lets you survive a +1 Outrage from Flygon as well as Modest Draco Meteor from Goodra-Hisui. Fire Blast may be useful into Fluffy Bewear, but Flash Cannon is overall preferable to not be walled by Galarian-Weezing. Lastly Blastoise is only on here for Rapid Spin removal, but Roar for Phazing, and Flip Turn are also decent. Ice Beam is for Flygon and Hydrapple, Body Press for Goodra-Hisui, Life Dew is nice for healing on the switch, and Toxic is just brain dead into most of the tier. The goal of the team overall is to pressure Galarian Weezing and other physical walls for Iron Thorns to clean up the game. It can be annoying into Misty Terrain teams that shut off Tspikes and Special Attacking Hydrapple, however these tend to be vunerable to strong Physical breakers like Choice Band Rhyperior.
