Ribombee

Ribombee is the fastest and therefore the best Sticky Web user in the entire meta, managing to outspeed Arceus, Cinderace, and more. Ribombee can still lend speed control team support with Tailwind if you predict a Magic Bounce user switch-in. Ribombee can use a riskier Switcheroo set to punish those Magic Bounce users hard for switching in. Imprison and Tailwind round out Ribombee's movepool. Ribombee's best ability is Shield Dust to block Nuzzle's paralysis. Naive Black Sludge Ribombee is OHKOed by Dugtrio-A Steel Beam. 2 HP IVs make Ribombee's max. HP divisible by 8 so it can KO itself faster, but Sitrus Berry-foisting sets might want an odd max. HP instead with 1 HP IV. Ribombee prefers Tera Dark to dodge Pranksters, although Tera Ghost has value to escape trappers.
