Swords Dance Mega Scizor (Bug)

Mega Scizor is a strong setup sweeper for Bug teams due to its great typing, strong priority, and excellent coverage, letting it clean teams late-game. Dual Wingbeat lets it threaten Toxapex and Mega Venusaur. Knock Off and Superpower are viable options for its third attack, with Knock Off hitting Aegislash and Psychic-types such as Slowbro which resist Bullet Punch along with general item removal, while Superpower threatens Steel-types like Heatran, Ferrothorn, and Celesteela. 132 Speed EVs lets it outspeed threats such as Victini and Urshifu-R under Sticky Web and 124 HP EVs gives it a good chance to survive weak Fire moves from Tapu Lele and Porygon2. Armaldo and Forretress can set up Stealth Rock and Spikes to chip away at the opposing team. Araquanid deals with Fire-types such as Volcarona and Mega Charizard-Y which threaten Scizor. Teammates like Volcarona, Galvantula, and Buzzwole can soften up opposing Dragon and Flying teams that Scizor may struggle to sweep at full health.
