Thoughts: After the likely ban of Spectrier, Aerodactyl will be the fastest viable Pokemon. Jolteon also has 130 Spe, but it has terrible coverage and doesn't quite pack the offensive prowess or utility of Aerodactyl.

Checks: Ground-types and Fini have the bulk and/or typing to keep Aero in check. It might be worth running Ice Fang to beat Ground-types.

Partners: Pokemon that appreciate almost guaranteed Stealth Rock and/or Tailwind make great partners for it. It fits on balance teams as a fast revengekiller or on HO teams for its Hazards and Tailwind.
