Set Details: High Jump Kick is Mienfoo's strongest offensive move, dealing huge damage even without Attack investment. U-turn grants Mienfoo a Bug-Typing, gaining resistance to Ground, Fighting, and Grass-types in order to check pokemon such as Mudbray and Grookey. Knock Off is an invaluable support that softens walls such as Mareanie. Fake Out wears down faster pokemon, and  occasionally breaks Focus Sash. Maximum Speed and Defense allows Mienfoo to hit a decent Speed tier and reliably take hits against aforementioned Grookey.

Set Details: Mienfoo can forgo speed investment to focus on slow pivoting, this set has more special bulk to reliably take a hit against Special Attackers such as Porygon. If Diglett is being run, Mienfoo can run a Relaxed Nature and 29 Speed IVs in order to undersped Mareanie, bringing the trapper in safely.

Set Details: Choice Scarf Mienfoo acts as a revenge killer and surprises faster pokemon such as Abra and Diglett, as well as slower Choice Scarf users such as Porygon. Reckless High Jump Kick deals high damage even against Fight-resistant foes such as Mareanie, Fairy-type Staryu, and Poison-Type Slowpoke after they have lost their Eviolite. Knock Off hits Ghost-types that are immune to High Jump Kick as well as removing Eviolite from Fight-resistant foes. Close Combat is used on 4th slot as a reliable Fighting STAB.
