While most Haxorus's run 252/252 sets, this one looks like it was calc'd to tank something. This has the same issue as excadrill BUT hax is far more common and more likely to be a simple 252/252 set. You only get 4 speed evs before running into 0 speed Dragapult or 8 evs before running into max speed 95's like kyurem or Darmanitan G.
I put the 4 evs into HP taking you from 300hp to 301 meaning it takes an extra seismic toss before fainting. You're welcome to put it back into attack.
