Initially covered above, with elaboration listed below
Misdreavus
The combination of Nasty Plot and Draining Kiss allows Misdreavus to break past nearly all its answers long-term, with only Coil Dunsparce and specially defensive Crocalor coming to mind as reliable answers. This is enough for me to want to ban it, but set versatility also comes into play, with Taunt variants being able to 1v1 the former and heavily pressure the latter. Defensive sets with Night Shade can also heavily neuter defensive team styles, although most of my experience has been with Nasty Plot and I feel that the offensive sets are already enough reason to ban it from the tier.

Naclstack
NFE doesn't handle residual damage well, and Salt Cure is one of the biggest examples of that. The recent surge in Curse sets with Iron Head or Heavy Slam to 1v1 Misdreavus and better pressure Drakloak is troubling to me, as they've been the most consistent form of counterplay I've found in the tier. Its bulk allows it to comfortably tank even super effective hits from strong attackers like Frogadier, and the nature of Salt Cure makes it far less passive than any comparable bulky Pokemon like Vigoroth, Crocalor, or Dunsparce, and our best Knock Off users struggle to switch into it. Overall this Pokemon is too strong a win condition for me to feel comfortable keeping it in the tier.

Gabite
A lot of the discussion on Gabite has been theorymon about how Misdreavus is the only thing keeping it in check on most teams - and to some extent I agree, but Misdreavus is not only the most splashable mon in the tier to a point where running additional Gabite counterplay is largely unnecessary, but it also forces a lot of restrictive building styles; its absence may open the door for Pokemon like physically defensive Dunsparce, Bramblin, and Slowpoke to see more use. I'm fully open to running tiering action on Gabite in future, but it hasn't been enough of a established threat for me to consider tackling just yet.
