You have some heat here, you have a lead Spedef Jirachi. I have beaten down Greninja and Magerna. You can para and then just flinch every mon in the tier to death. You can get up rocks and wish pass to other Pokemon. You have a Soul-Dew Latios that can defog for you and just click DracoMeteor against everything. Its also your Chansey check by being able to click Psyschock. You have a Defensive Slowbro that is your defensive pivot. You can just thunderwave and scald and just spread that status everywhere. You also have Mega-Gallade, it can live a +2 knock off from adamant kartana which has potential to sweep your team. Your last 2 mons are sweepers with a scarf Victini which kind of just blows everything back and a Z-move-psychic setup sweeper Mew. it has psychic and focus blast so it can get rid of any and all threats. The team is flames. I would highly reccommend trying out this team and make some immaculate reads.
