M-Steelix sand Bulky offence

Steelix's speed and attack are enough to out speed and 2hko speed toxapex under grassy terrain and NO sand, is def pex you need sand to 2hko. The spdef steelix has can be put into attack if you so choose but it is useful to have for magearna. T-tar is there for big spdef and trapping. Zapped provides a ground immunity and fighting resist for both steelix and t-tar as well as Defoe. Keldeo is set up and z-nuke Bulu acts as a sort of cleric for the team with terrain and leech seed, sd is so that you can beat degrade. It also is there to take on special attackers that steelix and t-tar can't take on them selves. Stoutland is there as an additional sand abuser. Either return or facade can be traded off for a coverage move (I recommend ice fang)
