Pawmot

Pawmot is a very rare opponent-healer that can still heal while the opponent has a Substitute. As long as Pawmot can successfully use Entrainment on its opponent to give it Volt Absorb, it can pull it off! Nuzzle makes Entrained opponents who Taunt it still need to switch out for fear of getting healed, while Thunder Wave gives Pawmot the option to Struggle and chip itself further if Taunted. Note that Pawmot can still spread paralysis quite well, even if its main plan falls apart. Encore locks opposing Pokemon into moves they'd rather not spam, while Baton Pass lets Pawmot pivot around Pokemon it has trouble against. Be aware that Steel Beam outpaces Volt Absorb healing and that Pawmot takes Steel Beam too well, and also note that Magic Bounce users bounce back Entrainment so Pawmot gets Magic Bounce instead, while Good as Gold makes Entrainment fail. Depending on whether you anticipate needing to switch Pawmot out a lot or not, Black Sludge or Toxic Orb gets Pawmot KOed faster on average. A Timid nature makes Nuzzle and Struggle hit as weakly as possible. The usual Tera options make Pawmot dodge Prankster, escape trappers, or be weak to Steel Beam and Stealth Rock or Chloroblast, respectively.
