Venomicon Bulky Offense

This team's main focus is around enabling Venomicon and Weavile to take over a game, with both functioning as complementary wincons. Venomicon's superb bulk lets it survive super effective hits from Tapu Koko and Zeraora at full HP and OHKO them back with +2 Earth Power, removing Weavile's potential revenge killers in the process. Weavile and Venomicon also overwhelm shared checks in Steel-types like Melmetal and Ferrothorn. The rest of the team is mostly aimed at rounding out defensive synergy. Landorus-T is the obligatory Ground-type and entry hazard removal; it also checks Electric-types and provides a situational switch-in to threats like Heatran and Dragapult. Zapdos is necessary to answer Flying-types like Cawmodore, Tornadus-T, and opposing Venomicon and also keeps up offensive pressure with its great coverage options. Ferrothorn and Tapu Fini rounds out the team's defensive core. Ferrothorn is the team's bulky Steel-type, switch-in to Venomicon-E, and primary Weavile check, while Tapu Fini provides extra insurance against Urshifu-R, Heatran, Weavile, and Dragapult, a speedy threat, and the ability to cripple opposing defensive walls.
