Ninjask

Ninjask is the best Pokemon in the tier, thanks to Speed Boost. It powers the offensive threats of the tier so thoroughly that if not for Ninjask, the meta would be much more defensive. It is also impossible to stop it from using Baton Pass, unless the opponent's Pokemon has priority. Ninjask can usually just use Protect or Spore on Pokemon with Rock Blast, and Baton Pass ignores Pursuit's effect entirely. Ninjask is a feared Pokemon in the metagame and is used on nearly every team.
