Hex Chandelure + Toxic Umbreon Balance

Chandelure is a really neat breaker at the moment that takes advantage of popular Pokemon like Slowking, Skarmory and Amoonguss, while being able to nicely pressure Conkeldurr with Hex. Umbreon supports it amazingly by helping to check Pokemon like Hydreigon for it, and helping to spread Toxic against Pokemon like Slowking to support Chandelure. Slowking gives a fantastic mixed wall and general check to Pokemon, a Colbur Berry set prevents it being force out easily by Conkeldurr, allowing it to be positioned to prevent Pokemon like Slowking bringing Conk in easily. Skarmory provides Spikes support to help wear down opposing teams, a switch-in to conkeldurr, and emergency Defog if opposing Spikes get overwhelming. Diancie provides Rocks support, Heal Bell and a Dragon-immunity, a play rough set lets it break through all Latias sets including Calm Mind. Latias rounds off the team with Speed control and a strong secondary breaker, and acts as a nice win condition with the team greatly supporting it in getting through Pokemon like Slowking and Umbreon.
