I think we are done with the defensive Whiscashs. If this personal VR was made with Raichu still around, Whiscash would've been an A+/A mon but it has lost its defensive niche. Offensive is still decent seeing how Dragon Dance is hard to switch into thanks to coverage despite Whiscash's average attacking stats. Due to Dragon Dance being a legitimate wincon, it's not any lower on my VR
