This is a semi-stall/balance team with Choice Banded Crobat as the special tech. Crobat serves to fill its role as a top speed tier Pokemon with excellent resistances due to its Poison/Flying typing. Brave Bird is very powerful and highly spam-able in the current UU meta. Steelix/Aggron are its best switch-ins while Rotom-Heat needs to be PhysDef to take this on well and Manectric before mega-evolving takes over half. Pursuit is great for lead M-Beedrill as it U-turns out and Z-Lati. Its only drawback on this team is its weakness to psychic, specifically CM setup Reuniclus. For Reu, we have a Taunt Mandibuzz with Rocky Helmet to chip away setup mons, specifically dragon dancers like Kommo and Haxorus. Roost and Foul Play are must haves for longevity and setup prevention for Doublade, Scizor and even Bisharp after some chip. Defog is our final move as a secondary means of hazard removal if rapid spin cannot be achieved. Feel free to replace this with toxic as you see fit. Mandibuzz is paired with rapid spin Tentacruel to take on strong fairy types, spin away hazards and setup our own. We have 196 Spe IV's to out speed Mamoswine at 285 and 16 SpAtt IV's to guarantee KO Mamo after a U-Turn from Banded Bat, which is probably your best series of plays against lead mamo. Complimenting Tenta is a VERY SpDef Florges, hitting 400 SpDef. This is our NECESSARY wish support, primarily used to keep Lix healthy. Crobat and Tenta also benefit greatly from wish support. The Team is focused around this wish support so make sure you keep this mon healthy. We hav enough Def IVs to take on a +1 Poison Jab from Kommo after rocks. This is the ONLY situation you should risk damage on Florges. Lix can take a +1 Close Combat and do ~75% with EQ after the Def drop. Ideally you want to use doubles into Crobat/Reu to prevent Kommo from setting up. Reuniclus is out bulky setup sweeper holding the Fightinum-Z crystal. Max Def/HP and 16 Spe IVs to outspeed Amoonguss and avoid the spore. Fully SpDef Amoonguss takes 98% min from +1 Psyshock and about 75% if Defensive. Focus Blast is great for catching mons like Bisharp and Hydriegon on the switch-in as Z-Focus Blast always blows them away. Also great for roar Empoleon at +1 and weakening Aggron/Lix. Reu wins the CM war against Lati but can lose the CM war to opposing Signal Beam Reu so be careful and use Mandibuzz wisely. CB/SD Scizor is a problem for Reu and the rest of the team if Mandibuzz is weakened or tenta doesn't scald burn. To round the team out we have the main star, Mega-Steelix. Lix is our rocker and has Toxic for putting common switch-ins on a timer. These include mons like Rotom-Heat, Chesnaught and Alomomola. EQ does ~50% to CB Scizor while Superpower does about 60% to us in return. Scizor is a common switch on Florges so wish passing to Lix is pretty easy as we get back to ful and the -1 Att/Def drop will force Scizor to switch if your opponents predicts you. SD/Roost Scizor generally runs BP and U-turn/Knock Off so even at +6 your opponent can't really touch you. Lix is one of those mons that never dies from an OHKO. Take that as an opportunity to toxic a counter and heal yourself up later with wish. Our final move is Gyro Ball which is primarily for those flying/levitating Pokemon. with 300 Att and Sand Force boost from Hippo, Lix can deal out some huge damage, even with only 56 Att IVs.
In Summary...
What to Watch out for:
1) Setup CM Reuniclus
2) CB/SD Scizor
3) Rotom-Heat (electric/fire type is great against this team and access to volt switch gains them a lot of momentum)
4) DD Haxorus
5) DD Kommo
6) Blissey (Keep Psyshock Reu alive)

How to Play the Team:
1) Keep Florges healthy to maintain wish support
2) Use Banded Crobat to remove fast leads and pursuit trap opponent
3) Use Lix to toxic common counters
4) Get up hazards with Lix/Tenta
5) Keep predictions to a minimum, only when deemed necessary, and use your numerous switch-ins instead.
6) Chip your opponent away over time and setup/win with CM Reu or clean up with Band Bat.
7) Have Fun!
