To be honest I only added this Pokemon because I like using it. You can justify switching this out for Dartrix if you want Defog or putting Goagoat here to have both Gogoat and Perrserker. Fletchinder does, however, have really good synergy with this team because of Flame Body. Any burn or paras you can spread just increases the power of Misdreavuses Hex. It also lures in Rock-types for Basculin and Water-types for Sawsbuck. The speed hits 220 which is 2 points higher than Jolly Perrserker and enough to outpace neutral max speed base of 60 Pokemon. It is Eviolite as the added bulk is really appreciated. To keep Rocks off the field what I do depends on the opposing teams rocker. If it is a Steel-type like Perrserker or Tinkatuff I will always hard Switch Flectchinder in and click Defog if they Rock on the switch, if they do not rock I will click Flamethrower. If the opposing rocker is a Rock-type or has a rock move I will try and Tera Ghost early game and then repeat the same process I would do with the Steel-types.
