It is a Meo that is max defense with Calm Mind + Relic Song + Drain Punch, the idea is to start using Calm Mind to become more bulky and alternate between forms, if for example a Chansey switch into Meo, Meo uses relic song, and then you heal with a threatening Drain Punch or put to sleep something, due to the boosts the second time you use Relic Song wouldn't do so little damage on Pirouette Form, also Meo in Pirouette has more defense, with Shadow Ball she can hit anything that resists or is immune to Drain Punch. Meo obviously needs more help than finding the right time for this stupid plan to work, this is where Espeon comes in, who has Baton Pass + Substitute, something that Meoletta can especially take advantage of.
