144 SpD lives Munkidori Psychic from full, 100 Spe outspeeds Whiscash and Clefable and other Pokemon around that Speed, 4 Hp to eat Sitrus Berry, Close Combat to alwas OHKO Hippowdown after Belly Drum, Heavy Slam for Magic Guard Clefable, and Bullet Punch for Priority. 24 HP on Tinkaton lets it Substitute in front of 4 SPA Scald from Whiscash, Bulldoze with Mold Breaker beats Rotom-Heat, and can force out Dugtrio after the Speed drop if you are behind a Substitute. Dugtrio traps all the problem mons in Cobalion, Tentacruel, and Munkidori, while also Mementoing on slower Krookodile for Hariyama to set up. Munkidori has Grass Knot for Whiscash & other Ground Types, Parting Shot for Pivot or/and Set up, and Taunt to stop Stealth Rocks. Air Balloon can also be replaced with a Focus Sash if you so please.
