Overview:
Foongus' good defensive typing and Regenerator allows it to check Snivy, Frillish, Mienfoo and Elekid. Its access to Spore naturally allows it to temporarily removed a pokemon. However, its rather low offensive stat and speed leaves it passive, especially after putting an opponent to sleep.
