Important thingies for Turtwig-Mega:
1. u always lose to scarf koraidon, bold max HP max Def still gets oneshotted and u need like timid 64 Spe +3 to outspeed (u tie at timid 60 +3) :cry:
1a. ur modest equivalent is 152 +3, 148 +3 ties
2. 3 potential HP breakpoints to maximize leftovers recovery so u wanna invest up to one of these depending on how fat u wanna be.
   - 16 EVs = 29 HP
   - 80 EVs = 30 HP
   - 208 EVs = 31 HP
   i personally think 16 HP is a bait bc ur not nearly as fat as zygarde-c so ur substitutes arent as big
   the 80 vs 208 question is either dependent on speed requirements or whether we think this dude does enough damage uninvested.
   80 HP = lean more into breaker capabilities with starstorm but its harder to set up for a sweep
   208 HP = lean more into sweeping/tanking capabilities since you're more likely to live an extra hit or 2 but u dont hit as hard up front
3. cm sets are kinda sad bc arceus-fairy does them better :(
4. adaptability tri attack is kinda okayge almost worth over starstorm sometimes
5. ok fr why doesnt this thing get iron defense or flip turn so stupid
6. tera-stellar spin actually kinda hurts dont go 0 atk ivs if ur a spinny boi
