Rotom always walls Max Airstream from Braviary with these EVs. Wisp was good as no other of my mons had a status move, which helps after its Sp Atk gets nerfed. Tyranitar was EV'd to outspeed other Tars and to break screens, as well as still OHKOing other min bulk Tars and maintaining full power. Excadrill was Jolly this time to outspeed other Excadrills possibly, and things like Braviary or Gyarados. Scrafty uses Lum Berry to counter Will-O-Wisp and status in general. Later Arcanine would have been more helpful vs Durant, but I think Scrafty just counters a lot of gimmicks. Such as Snorlax + Redirection, helps vs Beat Up + Justified, Sleep, Walls Tar Exca better. But it is weaker to Togekiss teams (typically from better players). Also good in TR with Jellicent. The speed is to outspeed Zard in TW and Max Darkness before Jellicent Water Spouts. Braviary outspeeds Jolly Tars and the bulk and item paid off. I could safely Tailwind vs Rotoms and other electric mons and Facade in case they wanted to burn me, esp. in a BO3. Also Max Strike is somewhat useful and I can Max Guard anyways with Tailwind. Jellicent was EVd to wall a Crunch from Tar and Sitrus healed back before Sandstorm would finish off. The rest went into offense and some into speed. The speed outspeeds +Speed nature Arcanine and Water Spouts it in Tailwind before being Snarled. Also Imprison was really useful for shutting down all these TR teams! Chandy was last tourney wasn't bulky enough for me and Jellicent helped vs Dracovish teams and other Jellicents, plus is offensive vs Rhyperior.
