Chien-Pao

Chien-Pao is the current fastest non-Prankster Dark-type, thus letting it be the ultimate anti-Prankster disruptor. It is also an Ice-type, thus letting it fit more easily into (Stealth Rock) Court Change teams as well as make it good Steel Beam fodder. Chien-Pao has a barren enough movepool that niche options like Mean Look, Snowscape, Spite, and Sucker Punch are viable. In particular, Sucker Punch deals no damage if your opponent doesn't use an attack, but Chien-Pao deals heavy damage to Steel Beam users using Steel Beam with it. Max. HP is divisible by 8 and Black Sludge is the preferred item to fit more easily into Court Change teams. Naive nature along with Black Sludge lets Chien-Pao be OHKOed by Zacian Steel Beam. Chien-Pao is stuck with disturbingly many perfect IVs due to being a legendary; Sword of Ruin incentivizes it to run high Attack instead of Defense because it is already a write-off when Taunted. Already having a fantastic base typing for The Loser's Game, Chien-Pao is Tera Ghost to escape trappers or Tera Rock to get OHKOed by Electrode-H Chloroblast.
