Dugtrio

Arena Trap and a great Speed makes Dugtrio one of the best Stealth Rock users for Court Change teams. It can trap slower Pokemon and then pivot into Cinderace before the opponent can switch into faster Taunt or Defog users. The one issue here is there are still a lot of faster Taunt, Defog, or Arena Trap-immune Pokemon that stop this strategy. Dugtrio also has its own flaws with a lack of a supportive movepool, so it relies on Sandstorm and Protect. It also resist Stealth Rock, making it an inefficient teammate on Court Change, and late-game its item removal weakness can be a glaring flaw.
