Weavile has an excellent Dark / Ice typing to check Prankster and Steel Beam, and it’s fast Taunt also checks Cinderace. However, it’s not the frailest Steel Beam sack, and it’s utility outside of Taunt is limited to Protect and Hail. Its Struggle is very strong, which makes it even more vulnerable to faster Imprison + Heal Pulse and Taunt users like Calyrex-Shadow and Mewtoo. Item removal is also an issue, although it at least is immune to Prankster Trick.
