Dugtrio drops the cheesy Sand Veil strats it used in vanilla, as well as Sucker Punch, in favor of the classic combo of Endure + Reversal. It also gets Tangled Hair because it's more useful. Gastrodon gets a fairly standard set, with Clear Smog to deal with the rare stat boosters. Flygon gets a set that's actually competent. Not much else to say about that. Stone Edge was originally Superpower, but I realized that the team already had a lot of Fighting coverage and not a lot of Rock coverage. Mudsdale's set was decent in vanilla. Close Combat replaces Double Kick as a stronger Fighting-type attack. While I like Counter for its decent synergy with Stamina, Rock Slide is just more useful as coverage.
