Pelipper was honestly hyped from the start of the tier as the best removal option we have but as time went on and everyone started to use Monferno and trying to use Pelipper to check a lot of stuff while switching into rocks all the time, it didn't seem as meta defining as we thought. People went onto Lumineon and Armaldo.

Regardless, Pelipper is still a good mon in the tier. Its physical bulk is still superior to Lumineon's and it has reliable recovery to keep itself healthy.
