Alot of this team is pretty standard stuff. Weavile provides offensive pressure and can pursuit irratating mons like slowkings, ghold, ogerpon, yard and clodsire. Ice shard out of terrain helps keep dragonite, scarf lando, moon, tblaze pon and bolt in check. Ferro is the primary pon/water check gets spikes and knocks on and off respectively. Ebutton pex is good to guarentee switches to weavile on charizard, gholdengo, lele, and ogerpon. The evs and moves are standard. Off zap isnt that good at checking things, but it is good to fish for statics and pivot. Skystrike blows up grounds making blocking its volts difficult. Scarf lele loves it if ghold goes down but even without that it can clean hard vs offense and provide future sight support for weavile, zapdos and tusk. One play to try for is fsight, button pex, weavile to get a kill in most scenarios. Tusk last compresses rocks, spin and a good offensive presence who checks grounds and darks while being a secondary pivot to electrics.
