This tier is all about getting in a position where your opponent has no switchins. I'm bad at predicting and you never know anyways on a volatile ladder like this, so I use a lot of uturn. Urshifu is stupid good in this tier offensively and defensively. Offensively it shuts down toxic stall and can even help against trapper Azu b/c you can't protect. It also deals with sturdy and FEAR. Defensively it can help against melmetal, scizor, weavile, and cloyster. Dragapult has 2 dragon moves so you can hit +1 volc or w/e if you need a physical hit. Coverage isn't really needed b/c dragapult doesn't really predict safely, and if you predict wrong, you die, so you usually either uturn or get your kill. Weavile is ok, but a little underwhelming tbh. Focus punch is fun though. Rillaboom does boomer things. Knock off on the switch into Blacephalon. The other thing this tier requires is immunities, so Nido is there for regieleki and primarina is the fairy. the item can be changed on primarina to make it more defensive as well.
